Very good results in our customer satisfaction survey in November 2021

Every two years, MediPac surveys its customers to measure their satisfaction and to identify improvement approaches for products and related services.

This process is firmly integrated into our quality management system and helps us to meet the sometimes high demands placed on us and our quality management by ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 15378.
The result of the survey was extremely positive. A total of 93.3 % of the answers were in the good and very good range. From our point of view, it should be emphasised that all customers who returned the questionnaire would like to continue working with MediPac and would recommend us and our products to others.
On the other hand, our delivery times and adherence to delivery dates were criticised. We had expected this because, due to the "Corona crisis", we have not been receiving some of the materials we need for the production of our medical products on time for several months. To counteract such developments, we will significantly expand our storage capacities by the end of this year. This will enable us to bridge even longer periods without incoming goods and to ensure the supply of our customers even in times of crisis!
